I’m the founder and maker behind this bespoke decorative barge board company, and my journey here has been anything but ordinary. Before entering the world of woodwork, I served as a Royal Marines Commando—an experience that instilled in me a relentless drive, attention to detail, and deep respect for tradition.

The seeds of this business were sown during the renovation of my own home. While searching for someone who could craft authentic, decorative barge boards in timber, I quickly discovered that the skills and artistry I was looking for were hard to come by. So, I took it upon myself to learn the craft. What started as a necessity soon became a passion—I was hooked.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to designing and building bespoke wooden barge boards that honour the architecture of heritage buildings, while adding charm and individuality to any home. Each piece is carefully hand-crafted using quality timber and traditional joinery techniques, ensuring durability and timeless appeal.
